Change & Cancellation Policy:
Once an order has begun processing, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. We recommend reviewing the Terms & Conditions and ensuring all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Processing & Delivery:
Orders typically take 1-3 business days for processing, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. This processing time is in addition to the delivery duration.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a comprehensive email including the tracking number. Alternatively, you can track your order through your account. For further assistance, please contact us at info@salisaofficial.com.

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timescales. Nevertheless, occasional delays might occur due to unforeseen factors or events beyond our control. This could include travel disruptions, transportation delays, import hold-ups, or unexpected high demand.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Bangkok and Greater Bangkok: 2-4 Business days
  • Up Country (Thailand): 3-5 Business days
  • International: 5-14 Business days

Please note that these timeframes are approximate and subject to change based on various external factors.

 

SHIPPING FEE
Thailand:

  • Free shipping for all orders.

International:

  • Shipping fees vary based on Zone regions, Delivery area, and parcel weight. Free shipping for all orders over $150.

Please Note:

  1. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, fees, and charges imposed by customs or relevant authorities in the receiving country. These additional charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
  2. As customs policies vary by country, we cannot control or predict these charges. If unsure about potential duties, taxes, and charges for your order, we recommend contacting your local tax or customs authorities.
  3. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.


EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not accept exchanges at SALISA stores.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:

  • No returns on all items
  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date item is received
  • Exchange items must be in unworn conditions, with tags, labels, seals,
  • invoices and original packing intact
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchange
  • Only one exchange request per order is allowed


SALISA reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the stated conditions.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees. It’s recommended to use courier, recorded, or tracked parcel post for returns. SALISA is not liable for lost, stolen, or mishandled parcels.

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after the warehouse receives the returned parcel.

If an item received is not in perfect condition, contact LINE @SALISA  or info@salisaofficial.com within 3 business days from receiving the item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Credit card reversals may take 14-28 business days.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you would like to exchange or return your item, please contact us via LINE @SALISA or customer service at info@salisaofficial.com only. Customers are responsible for shipping fees. PRICE
Prices listed on the Website are applicable to online purchases exclusively. All prices displayed on this website are in Thai Baht, and all transactions will be processed in Thai Baht.

The prices listed include VAT or similar sales taxes at the current applicable rate, for which we hold responsibility as the seller. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Any alterations in prices will not impact dispatched orders. The amount charged will be the indicated price along with applicable delivery charges. Delivery charges will vary depending on the destination country for each parcel and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
